At the age of 18, while studying remotely at university, I was already working as an Accountant at Coca Cola Almaty Bottlers. This company valued hard work, a desire to grow, and discipline, while giving opportunities for career advancement. I worked there for 4 years, and it turned out to be better than any university.
I have experience in construction, manufacturing, and IT, after which I focused on the oil and gas industry. Later, I developed consulting projects, mainly aimed at solving financial crisis-related tasks, which is my strong side. These included attracting investments for subsoil users, asset transfers, setting up holdings and trusts, supporting bond issuances, and implementing financial reporting automation—both as an Executor and on the Client’s side.
What always drives me is a hungry and flexible mind, along with the desire to ensure that finances and processes become transparent, enable fast analytics, and allow beneficiaries to make timely decisions.
And my most important principle is to act with integrity: to work honestly and with dignity, strictly within the law, speaking openly and directly.
